  • Any delay from the client’s end may lead to a revision of timelines or additional costs.

  • Delyserv is not responsible for third-party delays or unforeseen technical issues.

6. Revisions and Feedback

  • Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as outlined in the agreement.

  • Excessive revisions or change in scope will be considered additional work and charged accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by Delyserv remains our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services:

  • For any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  • To transmit malicious code, spam, or offensive content.

  • To infringe upon any intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misconduct. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur,India
